Agreement to Terms
By using the services of iFix n Buy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
iFix n Buy provides electronic device repair services including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. All repairs are performed by experienced technicians using quality parts.
Warranty Information
All repairs come with a 3-Month Hassle-Free Warranty on All Repairs. This warranty covers:
- Part defects
- Installation issues
- Functional performance of repaired components
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Accidental damage after repair
- Water or liquid damage after repair
- Damage caused by unauthorized tampering or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Backing up all data before repair service
- Removing passwords, PINs, and security locks
- Removing SIM cards and memory cards if desired
- Providing accurate information about device issues
- Payment for services rendered
Data Protection
While we take every precaution to protect your data during repairs, we are not responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend backing up all important data before any repair service. We do not access, copy, or transfer your personal data.
Pricing & Payment
- Free diagnostics are provided for all devices
- Repair quotes are provided before any work begins
- Prices are subject to change based on parts availability
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices and parts after providing reasonable notice to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
iFix n Buy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from repair services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service for any device
- Modify or discontinue services without notice
- Change pricing and warranty terms
- Report suspected stolen devices to appropriate authorities as required by law
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
